Tom Ford Beauty has expanded its prestigious Private Blend collection with Taormina Orange, a new citrus-woody fragrance inspired by the sun-drenched coastline of Taormina, Sicily. Available from May 1, 2026, the scent is crafted by master perfumer Anne Flipo and bottled in a turquoise flacon that mirrors the Ionian Sea.

Taormina, a cliffside town on Sicily’s eastern coast, is celebrated for its sweeping sea views, golden sunlight, and hillside citrus groves. The fragrance captures the sensation of a day spent in this Mediterranean paradise — the warmth of the sun on the skin, the salt-tinged sea breeze, and the vibrant aroma of sun-ripened fruit. As Anne Flipo describes it, the scent evokes “skin kissed by the sun after a day in the Mediterranean”.

The fragrance opens with a burst of Sicilian blood orange, green mandarin, lime, and cardamom oil — a bright, juicy introduction that recalls the sensation of peeling a fresh blood orange. The heart unfolds with orange blossom and bitter orange oil, adding a soft floral warmth. The base is grounded in patchouli, oakmoss absolute, and musk, delivering a woody, lingering finish that evolves throughout the day.
